We welcome everyone to Equilibrio Wellness, a space for holistic wellness and fitness in the vibrant Uptown district of Oakland, California. We offer a unique and refreshing alternative to gyms and health clubs, a gorgeous space, and a group of dedicated and skillful practitioners, committed to helping our clients lead healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lives, regardless of age, shape, size, or skill level.

At Equilibrio Wellness, we take an intelligent and interdisciplinary approach to fitness and health.
In a one-on-one or small group setting, we are able to meet each client where he or she is and tailor a program to meet his or her specific needs and goals. Equilibrio means balance and stability, and this is our inspiration. Our goal is to educate and empower our community to become stronger and healthier, in body, spirit, and mind.
