At Equilibrio Wellness, everything begins with a thorough assessment process, screening for imbalances in the organ, hormonal, and nervous systems of the body. A health history is taken of the client; discussing medical history, orthopedic ailments, major life-stressors, what the client loves, their goals and anything else the client deems relevant. Then, a Metabolic-Typing test is performed to determine the client’s ideal macronutrient ratio. Based on genetic history, everyone is bio-individually unique, and metabolizes foods differently. Some do better with more protein; others with more whole grains, vegetables and fruits; and others as a mixture of the two. Once all the information is gathered, analyzed and assessed, a custom Lifestyle Plan is designed for each individual based on the person’s metabolic type, lifestyle, and specific goals. This means, we work with you to make changes that fit into your individual lifestyle, and give you the information and resources to take control of your health forever!
